Centerport man busted for DWI and other charges

Police arrested Scott Lipton, 42 of Centerport and charged with DWI and injuring two stepsons. Police reported Lipton was driving his Jaguar when he allegedly struck one of his stepson, 13 year old and broke his leg while walking his dog outside their home. Another stepson, 9 year old was sitting inside the backseat and had minor injuries. Afterward, Lipton struck a utility pole. It happened on Monday, September 4 around 6pm in Centerport.
