Carjacking on the VWE

Police reported a victim was carjacked on the Van Wyck Expressway southbound. This is by Linden Blvd heading to the airport. The incident was reported around 4:30am today.

Two suspects with one displayed a weapon and then pushed out the victim taking off with the vehicle. The suspects with the stolen vehicle, Audi gray sedan was last seen on Linden Blvd.

Ongoing investigation.
