Car free routes set for Halloween events this year

The NYC Dept of Transportation announced their annual car free routes for trick or treat events in NYC including Queens. This is their third year.

The events include various programs from music to arts and much more all related to Halloween themes for kids and adults of all ages.

The NYPD will also be stationed to monitor all events for civilian safety.
