Car fire update so far in Queens

FDNY reported multiple car fires on Main Street just now. This is near 63rd Avenue in Kew Garden Hills.

EMS is checking for injuries.

Around 10:30am, delays were reported on the Van Wyck Expressway northbound near JFK with a fully involved car fire.

EMS transported the injured to local hospitals.

Last night around 9pm, Jackie Robinson Parkway was closed eastbound due to a car fire. This is by Exit 4. EMS reported no injuries.

All incidents are under investigation as to what caused the fire.
