Call came from Crime Stoppers

The NYPD confirmed the Brooklyn suspect called the Crime Stoppers himself and gave the location. Then he was walking back and forth on the street without face coverings of the whereabout location in Manhattan.

This was the quote, "This is Frank. You guys are looking for me…my phone is about to die."

This was by McDonald's where the call traced to a phone.

Still investigating this call.

The alleged suspect was arrested 9 times before and released without bails. Also arrested 3 times in New Jersey and released.

With love on NY's crime policies, the suspect was smiling to walkers when police arrived in East Village.

The US Attorney's Office is working on the charges since the perp had weapons crossing state lines for carrying out the alleged crime. His last employment was at NJ mental health services as a provider.

He will be appearing in court tomorrow in Brooklyn and not Manhattan under the new DA Bragg.
