COVID vaccine will cure NYC shooting

The CDC sent out letters to all governors and state health officials to prepare for the large scale distribution of potential COVID-19 vaccines by November 1st, two days before Election Day. NYC mayor claims the vaccine will cure NYC shooting epidemic. However, it's up to each state's governor to distribute to the public. NY governor does not trust CDC so a decision by NY governor will have to wait but mayor is moving to the yes side. The mayor already stated if the vaccine is in place then indoor dining is all set.
