CIP closed by Belt Parkway

Police have closed off the Belt Parkway and Cross Island Parkway reporting a female ran across the parkways.

EMS reported the victim was struck by vehicles and transported to a local hospital.

ESU is working on the scene.

EMS reported vehicle accident during the incident and checking for injuries.
