CE southbound closed

Police closed off the Clearview Expressway southbound by the Grand Central Parkway reporting a male struck by vehicle. This was a male living in an illegal camp nearby according to police sources. The male is likely to die. Highway CIS is working on the scene.

Also, Northern Blvd by 144 Street in Flushing reported a pedestrian struck by vehicle around 11:15am.
