CE closed northbound in Bayside

Clearview Expressway northbound has all lanes closed due to a vehicle rollover. This is by Northern Blvd in Bayside.

EMS reported the driver is unconscious and unresponsive.

ESU, FDNY and NYPD are working on the scene.

Delays on the southbound due to onlookers.

More emergency personnel are enroute to the scene.
