Busted for bank robberies in Queens

Feds arrested the coast to coast bandit while trying to rob a bank on Upper East Side earlier today evening in Manhattan. He has been identified as John Paul Waulters. Feds in cooperation with NYPD are working on the case awaiting for the charges. pic by NYPD. Reported 7pm.
