Bus drivers when told allows Creedmoor patients ride for free on Union Turnpike route

MTA bus drivers are allowing people who travels to Creedmoor on Union Turnpike and Winchester Blvd without paying for fares. Asked several bus drivers of the scenario and those who replied stated they don't want to be assaulted by someone who could be a crazed maniac. The intersection of Union Turnpike and Winchester Blvd has frequent assaults and other violence. Two people who exited at the Little Neck Parkway intersection when approached stated they have patient identification which is shown if requested by the bus drivers. After tracking around, route from LIJ hospital to Creedmoor also saw people avoiding fares. According to MTA's office, they don't track who pays and doesn't since the system is not setup in place.
