Burglaries continue to rise in Glen Oaks and Floral Park

Police reported the first week of January 2019 to second week, multiple burglaries were reported.

The vicinity of Hillside Avenue, Little Neck Parkway and Union Turnpike including Glen Oaks Shopping Center continue to be the target victims. The recent night time burglary at the corner location of 261 Street and Hillside Avenue has its commercial neighbors under vigilant constantly.

Police has been monitoring Little Neck Parkway despite multiple attempts and burglaries between Union Turnpike and 72nd Avenue in Glen Oaks.
