Buh bye to a single family home in Fresh Meadows

The owner of the lot, 160-12 72nd Avenue, a single family, has filed a permit to build a five story apartment in Fresh Meadows. It was sold in 2023 for $800,000. This location is a construction boon for Asian immigrants and this is the first one to file a permit for a five story residential building with nine apartments along with basement and backyard.

Flushing where single family homes are all being bought out to make way for towers and now moving toward south to Fresh Meadows.
