Bronx man sentenced to life for the fatal stabbing in Elmhurst

The Queens District Attorney's Office reported Stevn Torres, 27 of the Bronx has been sentenced to life for the fatal stabbing of Ever Orozco, 69, of Woodside. The jury handed the verdict on June 8 at Queens Criminal Court. The incident happened on September 16, 2013 inside the subway station at 90th Street in Elmhurst around 1pm.
