Boy went after a social media challenge and took off

After questioning by law enforcement, the 12 year old boy who took his 7 year old cousin was in the messenger challenging social media peers of what he is capable of. Both 12 year old and 7 year old are back home after taking off from their Ozone Park home in a Range Rover to the Delaware border for nearly 5 hours. As soon as local police tracked the vehicle, the 12 year old allegedly sped off. Then slowed down as more police joined the chase according to law enforcement.
