Boooma booma real estate moving to apartments on a road in Bellerose

Jericho Turnpike on one stretch of Bellerose continues to have more commercial properties on the market awaiting for a new buyer with apartment zoning all set. The latest one is the corner property by Commonwealth Blvd which is listed at $2.2 million. Another one is at $3 million which is the stand alone bank by 247 Street.

The zoning is now R3 with three floors having the ground for retail and the next two floors for residences.

With the UBS Arena vicinity on the expansion mode, more housings are under planning and developments. The next one moving forth is the Jamaica development with 12,000 apartments.

Of course, the plan to develop over 2,000 apartments in Creedmoor is also in full force.

Queens Nassau border is on the move.
