Bomb threat at the Empire State Building

Police report bomb threat at Empire State Building. The caller said in a loud deep voice the bomb will detonate at noon. Unknown at this time his demand. SWAT and ESU are at the scene.

Update - The call traced to a location in NYC. Police are investigating.

Second update - No detonation. K-9 continue to check the building.
