Benjamin gone now Suozzi

The NY Ethics Committee issued notice to Congressman Tom Suozzi for failing to disclose $11 million transaction from his stock portfolio.

Suozzi didn't disclose this during his filing and may have violated the stock act.

A ruling will be decided by July 29 by the ethics committee.

Suozzi's campaign has not responded.

He is running for the Governor in the Democrat ballot line.
