Belt Parkway closed by the JFK

Police closed the Belt Parkway Expressway by the JFK Expressway in Springfield Gardens reporting a jumper on the overpass bridge. Heavy ESU and EMS working to bring the jumper down.

Air foam is being deployed on the parkway.

Avoid the route.

Delays all around.
