Bellerose homicide suspect charged

Last night, the Queens DA's office filed charges against the suspect wanted for the homicide in Bellerose. Charges are first degree on three counts of homicide, robbery on two counts, burglary, grand larceny, kidnapping, arson, weapon, identity theft, stolen property possession and kidnap abduction resulting in death.

The Queens DA's office will issue a press statement after the arraignment if the suspect pleads guilty or not guilty.

Detectives are continuing with the case which shocked a Bellerose community. More evidence is coming into the report including a new discovery from the video surveillance the suspect walked inside the yard and pushed out the victim to gain access.

More details will be uncovered in the coming days of the latest update to be released by the DA' office.

Tomorrow, there will be a vigil at the corner of 254 Street and 87th Drive for all to attend at 7:30pm.
