Bayside cop busted by FBI

The FBI arrested an NYPD officer out of the 111th Precinct in Bayside and charged as an illegal agent of the Chinese government. This is from the court document filed today afternoon. The precinct is in shock. He has been identified as Baimadajie Angwang. The charges are related to alleged espionage accused of reporting on local Tibetans? activities to the Chinese government. FBI are at his home in Williston Park removing documents. The investigation was conducted since May 2018 until his arrest today. Ongoing investigation.
