Basement fire at a home on Floral Park

FDNY reported a basement fire at a home in Floral Park. This is on 83rd Avenue at the location, 256/06.

The fire started in the basement around 7:30am and was brought under control by 8am.

EMS reported injuries.

Firefighters are working on the scene to determine the cause of fire.
