Basement fire at a home in QV

FDNY report a basement fire at a home in Queens Village. This is on 111th Avenue at the location, 209 and 42.

Firefighters are working to remove all occupants from the basement. EMS is checking for injuries.

The fire started around 12pm.

Firefighters are working on the scene.

The cause of fire is under investigation.
