Bank robbery in Flushing

Police closed off the Flushing Bank on Main Street reporting a robbery. This is by 40th Avenue. The incident occurred around 1pm today.

The suspect, male, white, passed a note demanding ransom. The teller complied. Then took off with cash on foot toward College Point Blvd.

Ongoing investigation.
