Bad news from the Bronx

At the Orchard Beach in the Bronx, 4 people were struck by lightening. One is a small child. One is a teen, one is an adult and another child. Some are in critical condition at Jacobi Hospital. The area has been evacuated for safety. EMS is checking others for injuries.

Now reporting 2 more people were struck by lightening.

Update - A 13 year old male died. Two adult women, 5 year old boy, 13 year old girl and 15 year old boy remains in the hospital.
