Bad mess on the GCP and JP westbound

Police closed off the Jackie Robinson Parkway westbound by the Kew Gardens Interchange reporting a truck hit the overpass or underpass bridge resulting top sheared off with debris. Grand Central Parkway westbound is halt and delays are back to the Nassau border. ESU is working on to remove the truck. Heavy delays all around.
