Bad accident by LIE in LIC

Police reported a driver rammed several vehicles on Van Dam Street by Long Island Expressway in Long Island City. More than 5 ambulances are on the scene with multiple injuries. The van with out of sate plates is totaled. Another incident was reported around 3:30am on Belt Parkway westbound at 84 Street with multiple victims ejected from a van. Belt Parkway was closed for several hours for investigation. Part of LIE is now closed by Van Dam Street,
