Awaiting for the mayor but Cuomo is at Javits Center

The mayor of NYC will not be conducting a press statement like the governor today to report the coronavirus update. Instead he will be on NY1 with Errol Louis. There are rumors circulating but not confirmed that the mayor is in a quiet mode after Senator Rand Paul was tested positive while being in the DC gym. The gym, YMCA in Brooklyn where the mayor workout has the media questioning but their response is, no comments. So far for local area, Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone is the only official in quarantine. Right now, Governor Cuomo is at Javits Center and de Blasio is not there. Cuomo announced 1,000 bed will be complete by next week at the center. Another 1,000 potential beds is under work.
