Avoid NSP eastbound

Police closed all lanes on the Northern State Parkway eastbound at Exit 31, Meadowbrook State Parkway Exit reporting an unauthorized tractor trailer broke off landing all over the lanes. Multiple ESU are on the scene working to clear the lanes. EMS is checking for injuries. All lanes closed. Avoid this route.
