Grand Central Parkway eastbound at Kew Gardens Interchange after Jewel Avenue Exit, all lanes closed due to multiple vehicle accident with injuries. Delays are back to Ditmars Blvd in Astoria. Also, 2 people were restrained after fight by fellow witness drivers. Heavy police presence. Use alternate.
