Attempted kidnapping suspect arrested in Queens Village

Police arrested Vladimir Suero, 38 of Brooklyn on Sunday, September 3rd in the afternoon in Queens Village. Police were on manhunt to search for Suero after he was accused of trying to kidnap a 12 year old female walking next to Key Food on Jamaica Avenue and 212th Street. The victim's mother was behind her and rescued the child. Suero has been charged with reckless endangerment of a child, harassment and kidnapping. pic from Google.
