Attempted carjacking resulted in robbery in Briarwood

Around 3:30am last night, a suspect, male, black approached a driver with a knife demanding the vehicle.

This is on 88th Avenue and 144th Street in Briarwood.

The victim resisted and the suspect manage to take off with keys of the vehicle.

EMS treated the victim on the scene who was visibly shaken.

Ongoing investigation.
