At LaGuardia Community College today Governor Cuomo announces plan for free college tuition for any student who s family earns 125K or less

This is for city and state only, not private. Cuomo stated any college student from a family that makes less than $125,000 annually will be eligible for free tuition through the new Excelsior Scholarship at any New York state or city university starting this fall. The new bill must be passed by legislative in both houses of Senate and Congress.
