Assembly and Senate back in session in NY

Both Assembly and Senate are back in session with some using virtual video while others in person in Albany. Some of the bills expect to pass are nursing homes involving the coronavirus, re-distracting process, automatic voter registration, contact tracers protecting private info while working and etc.
One major bill that is talking is keep your license after being pulled over for speeding or red light by making a payment arrangement if you can't afford to pay the fines. The bill passed in the Assembly and now waiting for Senate to vote.
Another one is in the Senate that passed of prohibition of selling pets similar to found in shelters.
