Assault in Levittown

The Eighth Squad reports the details of an Assault that occurred at 11:21pm on Sunday, August 27, 2023, in Levittown.
According to Detectives, Officers responded to 2715 Hempstead Turnpike for a disturbance caused by a female suspect who was pushing employees of the restaurant. During the investigation, the female suspect did kick a Police Officer in the groin causing substantial pain. The Defendant, a juvenile female, 17, was arrested at 11:28pm and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. She will be arraigned on Monday, August 28, 2023, in the Youth Part of First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
