Arrest in Levittown of a man with possession of fraudulent identification

The Eighth Squad reports the arrest of a man for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument that occurred on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 11:20 a.m. in Levittown.
According to Detectives, Defendant Andy Kwok, 53, of 546 Huron Road Delmar, NY was dressed as a Customs and Border Protection Officer and was in possession of a fraudulent Identification card with photo and had what appeared to be a firearm, holstered on his hip, while eating at the K City Hot Pot and Sushi, located at 3056 Hempstead Turnpike. A CBP Officer identified and reported Defendant Kwok to Nassau County Police Officers. Officers confirmed that Defendant Kwok is not a Law Enforcement Officer for any agency. He was arrested without further incident.
Defendant Kwok is charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument and will be arraigned on Thursday, November 2, 2023, in First District Court, 99 Main Street in Hempstead.
