Archer Avenue and 165th Street a cow ran out from slaughter house and is on the loose causing panic among commuters

Police are on scene working from Jamaica Avenue onwards. One officer stated the cow will be killed if causing harm to people or sedated and brought back to the slaughter house to be killed for meat.
