Another carjacking in Wantagh

This time it's white Mercedes.

Police reported two suspects, males, black approached a female victim with a white Mercedes with one displaying a gun. The victim compiled. Then the suspects took off with the vehicle. It happened around 1:30pm in Wantagh. This was on Wantagh Avenue and Merrick Road in Nassau County. The victim alerted police and was able to track the vehicle with lo-jack to Wells Avenue. The suspects stopped the vehicle after the sound of sirens and took off on foot. The vehicle has been recovered.

Chopper and K-9 were assisting with the investigation.

So far no arrests and the investigation continues.
