Biden arrives in NYC now at Police Plaza in downtown Manhattan to discuss Gun Violence Strategies Partnership. He brought his sidekick, Attorney General Garland with him. Not Garland Greene, Merrick Garland. The NY Governor is also present.

Biden quoted, "316 people are shot 106 are killed nationwide everyday." The highest compared to other presidents.

The rest are all statements, $350 million for community policing, carrying ghost guns will be a federal crime etc etc etc.

The best one, Biden says he wants every major city to follow NYC's lead.

Crime in NYC has surged 38% this year, including a 93% jump in carjackings.
