Ambulette driver arrested after striking a pedestrian in Springfield Gardens

Police arrested Ivan Rybly, 61 and charged with failure to yield to a pedestrian while crossing when a victim was allegedly struck by ambulette while driving. It happened on March 16 around 9am on Guy R Brewer Blvd and Farmers Blvd in Springfield Gardens. The 57 year old woman suffered injuries and was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
