Almost 100 million coming along nicely in Bayside

The Oceania Street bridge over the Long Island Expressway in Bayside is in the final phase of completion. According to the NYS Dept of State, the original budget was $83 million taxpayers fund to be used to replace the bridge with new foundation support and mobility. The budget has more additions pending tasks including the recent installation for the southwest end.

The date of completion will be announced with fanfare and balloons for all to attend soon.
