All lanes closed on Verrazano Narrow Bridge to Staten Island

Police are reporting two tractor trailer accident on the upper level resulting one stuck and the other flipped. Both drivers inside the tractor trailers are trapped inside. Now reporting one driver has been taken to a local hospital. Also, one truck caused fuel spill on the road. All lanes heading to Staten Island closed.
