All lanes closed on LIE westbound with one dead

Long Island Expressway westbound between Exits 60 and eastbound at Exit 60 Ronkonkoma Ave to Exit 59 County Hwy-93 Ocean Ave, all lanes closed due to fatal vehicular accident involving a truck.

Reported the truck hit the underpass bridge and driver entrapped dead on the scene.
