All lanes closed in the CIP southbound

Cross Island Parkway southbound after the Hempstead Turnpike has all lanes closed due to a vehicle overturned with entrapment. Heavy rescue activity on the scene with firefighters and ESU.

EMS is checking for injuries.

Delays all around.
