All lanes closed eastbound GCP in Jamaica

Grand Central Parkway eastbound after Utopia Parkway all lanes closed due to a vehicle flipped upside down. EMS and police are on the scene. Awaiting for ESU to upright the vehicle. Reported 5:45pm.
