All in place for the new affordable housing in Bay Terrace

Bay Terrace Shopping Center will have new affordable housing projects to serve the neighborhood with 145 apartments with construction to start this year. All the permits are in order with zones in accordance with the NYC building dept by Cord Meyer Development who owns the location. The company said three buildings will be developed with five stories in one section of the location. All the convenience around the area within the shopping center will be a major attraction for newcomers with 20% allocated for low income residents as part of the agreement with the city to classify under affordable housing.
