All commuters heading to Queens via ferry reached home safely

123 passengers heading to Far Rockaway from Manhattan's downtown Pier 9 and 11 via NYC ferry service reached home safe. Around 6pm, a ferry vessel struck a sandbar resulting a hole in the hull. FDNY and other rescue team transported all passengers to another boat. No one was injured.
