Alert to Capital One credit card holders after two were arrested for fraud in Atlantic City

Tracey Coleman, 46 of Rosedale and Wanell Wallace, 23 of Fresh Meadow were arrested on March 29 at the Borgata Casino in Atlantic City after allegedly attempting to charge more than $500,000.
