One entire commercial lot demolished to make way for affordable housing is now open for all to enter the lottery to live.

This is on the corner of Parsons Blvd, Kissena Blvd and 71st Avenue at 71-82 location. It's an 8 story building

29 units are available.

Studio at $1,513 for incomes from $55,296 to $85,440.

One bedroom for $1,613 for incomes from $59,143 to $96,080.

Two bedrooms for $1,921 for incomes from $70,698 to $115,280.
