Adding fancy rocks on sidewalk need to be curbed

This is a home in Bellerose where fancy white rocks were added to the sidewalk to display their choice of style. Only difference is it need to be curbed with an edger all around from going all over the area including public roads often caused by wind or careless pedestrians. \
